Does Neuwborne offer a warranty onThe Neuwborne Bottle?
Yes, the Neuwborne Bottle is covered by a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage (such as drops that affect insulation), or minor cosmetic marks that don’t impact use.
The lid battery is designed to last up to 5 years with moderate use. If the battery depletes after the 12-month warranty period, you can contact us at hello@neuwbornethelabel.com.au with proof of purchase and a short video of the issue, and we’ll provide a discounted replacement lid.
If you believe your bottle is faulty within the warranty period, please email us with your order number, proof of purchase, and a short video or photo of the issue so our team can review and assist.
Does Neuwborne offer a warranty on The Milk Warmer Pro?
Yes, The Milk Warmer Pro is covered by a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, battery decline from improper charging, or issues like mould caused by not following cleaning instructions.

Washing and Care
Can I use the Neuwborne bottle to store breastmilk or formula?
Do not place breastmilk or formula in the bottle. It is designed specifically for water only.

Can i wash the smart lid?
If you purchased the original Neuwborne Bottle (before September 2025), please DO NOT submerge the smart lid in water as it is not waterproof. Instead, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth to keep it clean.
If you purchased the new design (after September 2025), the lid is fully waterproof and can be safely washed with warm soapy water and rinsed under running water.
Is the Neuwborne bottle dishwasher safe?
Never place the bottle or smart lid in the dishwasher, as they are not dishwasher safe. Always hand wash the bottle using mild soap and warm water to maintain cleanliness and prevent residue buildup. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that may harm the thermos.
